USD/CHF: Ichimoku analysis (Feb. 7)

Daily. Last week USD/CHF consolidated to the upper limit of the Ichimoku cloud. Bulls haven’t found enough strength to continue short-term uptrend, despite the recent change of character of the Cloud. Indeed, as a result of growth during the previous week, Senkou Span A and Senkou Span B crossed, and now Ichimoku cloud is bullish. However, in the last few days Tenkan and Kijun have formed the Dead Cross (s), which, of course, will prevent the prices from soon returning to positive territory. For now the market is consolidating just above the 0.9000 figure.

H4. At H4 the pair slid to the negative zone below the Ichimoku Cloud, although its upper limit restrained the bearish pressure. As a result, Tenkan and Kijun formed the Dead Cross (C), and the Cloud became bearish. Therefore, buying the currency pair in the near future will be very risky.
